Senior Research Scientist and Head, Fine Agrifood Research and Innovation Hub
Dr. Mobini brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in Horticulture and Plant Physiology, specializing in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), soilless culture, speed breeding, greenhouse, and vertical farming. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Biology Department at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where he passionately engages with students and research. At Parsain Fine Foods, Dr. Mobini leads the hub’s initiatives, combining his deep expertise with a commitment to driving innovation, enhancing product quality, and fostering sustainable growth.

Babak Rahmani is an IT Specialist with over 20 years of expertise in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, and research, focusing on energy management and sustainable solutions. He is highly skilled in business analysis, project management, and developing AI-driven tools to optimize processes and drive innovation. Babak excels in integrating advanced technologies and data visualization platforms, such as Power BI, to deliver impactful results.
